HIGO Mini and Micro extension cables
Standard extension cables
To make an extension cable from 2 HIGO connectors with overmolded cable start by cutting the cable ends to the required lenghts and then join the individual wires by soldering. The connection is protected from dust and moisture by heatshrink tubing.
As a standard extension cable (2 x cable) a minimal lenght of 150 mm and a maximal lenght of 2000 mm lenght is possible:
- HIGO Mini-B series
- HIGO Mini-C series
- HIGO Mini-F series
- HIGO Mikro-A series
- HIGO Mikro-Q series
- HIGO Mikro-X series
Example: HIGO-VK3-B
HIGO Mini-B extension cable special type 1
By using a HIGO Mini-B series panelmount connector with a bell housing on one end of a HIGO Mini-B series connector with overmolded cable (1 x cable, 1 x bell) a minimal lenght of 100 mm and a maximal lenght of 1000 mm is possible without an in-line cable joint.
HIGO Mini-B extension cable special type 1
Example: HIGO-VK3-BG
HIGO Mini-B extension cable special type 2
By fitting HIGO Mini-B series panelmount connectors with a bell housing on both ends of a cable (2 x bell), a minimal lenght of 100 mm and a maximal lenght of 10 000 mm is possible without an in-line cable joint.
HIGO Mini-B extension cable special type 2
Example: HIGO-VK3-BGG
