1. Delivery Information
Delivery to our defined shipping zones is carried out via insured DHL Parcel, DHL Small Parcel, or DHL Warenpost International – depending on the size and weight of the order – each with a tracking number. Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before completing your order.

2. Delivery Times
Delivery times, unless stated otherwise, can be found in the respective product description. When ordering multiple items simultaneously, the delivery time for the entire order is always determined by the item with the longest delivery time. Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date of receipt of payment.
3. Payment Methods
We offer a wide range of convenient payment options that provide maximum security for you and for us. You decide which one is right for you.
3.1 Prepayment (Bank Transfer)
When paying by prepayment, please transfer the amount within seven calendar days. Your items will be reserved for you during this period. The amount payable consists of the product value plus any applicable shipping and service costs.
Please include the exact payment reference shown to you at the end of the order process when making your transfer.

3.2 PayPal
With PayPal you can pay cashlessly in a simple and secure way. To use it, create a PayPal account once by saving your bank or credit card details – so you don't have to re-enter them with every purchase. You then pay by entering your e-mail address and a password and receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. Your order will then be processed immediately. In the event of a return, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to your PayPal account.
3.3 Klarna
From the invoice date, you generally have 30 days to settle your invoice. You only pay once you have received the goods. The payment process is handled exclusively by Klarna. If you have any questions, please contact Klarna directly. You can pay the invoice either online or via the Klarna app. If there are any issues with your order or your return is still on its way back to us, you can also pause the payment until your matter has been resolved.
3.4 Credit Cards
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Simply select your credit card as the payment method during the checkout process.
Using state-of-the-art encryption technologies such as SSL and the 3D Secure procedure, we guarantee the highest level of security. All order and credit card data is transmitted in encrypted form only. During the order process, in addition to the card number, we require the expiry date, the card network, and the card verification number. Your purchase amount will only be charged when the goods are dispatched.
4. Returns Information
Every order comes with the statutory right of withdrawal, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
If something is not right with your order, please contact us via our complaint form before initiating a withdrawal. We will work with you to find a quick and straightforward solution without you having to return your order. This is more sustainable, faster – and your desired products can stay with you.
Should you be unexpectedly dissatisfied with your order and wish to return it, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
4.1 Process Overview for Withdrawal or Complaint Requests
- Fill in our withdrawal form.
- Your request will be reviewed.
- You will receive a response with information on the next steps.
- Complaint: We will make you a proposal for remedy or compensation.
- Withdrawal: A collection order for the return shipment of your order (at your cost) will be created.
